Do I need a prescription for my child to receive services?

Yes. You can have your child’s doctor or other referring provider email or print the prescription for Occupational Therapy with a diagnosis code listed.

Who can refer my child for therapy services?

Your child can be referred for therapy by a physician, an early interventionist, dentist, psychologist, and more.

What if my child is receiving services somewhere else and I want to change services to Eat. Play. Grow. Pediatric Therapy LLC?

You can obtain the initial evaluation performed by the other provider, as well as the most recent progress note/re-evaluation and the most recent prescription/referral from your child’s doctor. Based on this information, your child may be able to begin therapy sessions without the need for an additional evaluation.

Does Eat. Play. Grow. Pediatric Therapy accept insurance?

Contact us to see if we're in your network. Balances that are deemed patient responsibility per your insurance are due at the time of service.
We accept multiple forms of electronic payments for private pay. It is important to know that our private pay rate is very affordable if that is the best option for your family.

How often will my child receive therapy?

Each child's specific plan of care will be determined at the initial evaluation, however, typical sessions are one time per week for 60 minutes. A frequency of two times per week may also be recommended for your child based on their needs.

How to I get my child scheduled for an evaluation?
